The Jeffrey Foundation Launches the YES! Network (Executives For Special Needs Children & Their Families)

As part of it’s 40th Anniversary Project 40 Campaign, The Jeffrey Foundation, launched the newly formed YES! Network (Executives for Special Needs Children).

The Kickoff Cocktail Reception took place Thursday, November 17 at Lladro Boutique in Beverly Hills.

YES! is open to executives in all fields interested in sharing their ideas and insights to help spread the word about The Jeffrey Foundation’s programs and projects serving special needs children and their families.

Non-profits in this economic climate are facing major cuts in programs and scholarships.  With Project 40, and the YES! Network, The Jeffrey Foundation is taking a proactive stance in outreach to community networking resources.

Attending the event were a number of  The Jeffrey Foundation’s Circle of Love ladies (pictured below), Miss India International, Préity Üupala, as well as other guests and new friends of the Foundation.

Entertainment for the evening included Singer/Actress/Model, Laurie Marchese, who sang favorite popular hits as well as songs from her solo album, “Reflections from the Heart.”  Author Barbara Berg Adams (ringshui.com) gave “Ring Shui” consultations – “Change Your Rings, Change Your Life!”

Nancy Jordan serves as Chairperson of the YES! Network for 2011-2012.  Ms. Jordan is also Regional Manager, LA Metro & Westside Cities Business Assistance & Development, Los Angeles County Economic Development, Corp. (LAEDC).

Maryann Ridini Spencer, President of Ridini Entertainment Corporation, a Public Relations/Marketing and TV/Internet/Film Production Company, and The Jeffrey Foundation’s PR & Social Media Marketing Director, serves as the YES! Network Co-Chair.

About The Jeffrey Foundation

CEO/Founder Alyce Morris Winston opened the doors of The Jeffrey Foundation, while unable to work due to lack of childcare, naming it after her son Jeffrey, in 1972. The tremendous response to Mrs. Winston’s innovative project spurred the rapid expansion of the Foundation’s programs. Mrs. Winston is recognized in the social service community for her pioneering role in services for special needs children and her extensive program management experience.
